Friends of Orphans and Vulnerable Children is working in one of the poorest zones in southern Ethiopia with a mission to assure orphans grow up in a safe, permanent families and have quality education and the help they need to be successful in life.

FOVC's goal is to end the cycle of hunger and poverty for those children by providing quality education and assistance.

They currentlyl have 24 orphans and hope to expand this program to meet the immense needs of the area. They plan to build a large facility consisting of an orphanage and school in the future.
