Molly Curran - Fundraising Chair, Lights of Hope Chair

Molly is originally from Minnesota. She attended the University of Notre Dame where she was involved in numerous service programs that took her from Alaska to West Virginia. After receiving her undergraduate degree she did a year of service work with homeless adults in Portland, Oregon. After a short stint in Chicago she and her husband moved to Portland to make it their new home. After many years as a pharmaceutical  sales representative, Molly now works as the mom to three kids. Their youngest, Hana, was adopted from Ethiopia in January of 2007.  After being involved in service work and nonprofits often during her life, coordinating her love of Ethiopia and the needs of its children was an easy fit. The light of hope that is behind every Ethiopian child’s eye is the memory that keeps a smile on her face and a reason to hope for the best for all children near and far.
